1 introductory day plus one guided ski tour with an experienced guide – adjusted according to weather and group skill level

Flat-rate cancellation terms

In the event that you are unable to start your vacation, we ask you to notify us as early as possible. Enclosed you will find our cancellation terms:

Up to two months before arrival: no cancellation fee
From two months to one month before arrival: 40% of the total price
From one month to seven days before arrival: 70% of the total price
In the last seven days before arrival: 90% of the total price
In case of early departure or no-show: 100%

For your safety and to enable you to enjoy a carefree break with us, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance directly through our partner europaeische.at. https://www.europaeische.at/

Please note that cancellations can only be accepted in writing. Should you end your vacation early or arrive late, 80% of the amount for the unused days will be charged.
