• All room rates are understood per person per day.
• All room rates are excluding local tax.
• The local tax is €4.80 per person per day (children up to 14 years free of charge).
• Single occupancy of double rooms (subject to availability): 30% surcharge per night in the selected category.
• Discount for bed and breakfast: €15.00
  Surcharge for our gourmet half-board if booked on site: between €45.00 and €55.00
• Short-stay surcharge (less than 3 days): We reserve the right to charge a short-stay surcharge (according to individual offer).
• Price differences are due to the varying room sizes.

• The prices of all vacation packages are based on the room category "Stubaiblick".
• Choosing a different category will cause a corresponding deduction or surcharge.
• The package prices are per person for the specified period.
• All vacation packages are quoted without local tax.
• The local taxes are €4.80 per person per day (for people aged 14 and over).

The discounts apply from two full-paying adults in a double room or apartment.
In summer, participation in the BIG Family Summer Club is possible with a minimum stay of seven days (prices upon request).

In winter, childcare is available at the Froneben mid-station (prices upon request).

We grant the following discounts for children accompanying at least two full-paying adults in the same room:

• 0–3 years: 100% discount
• 4–5 years: 80% discount
• 6–10 years: 60% discount
• 11–14 years: 30% discount
• 15–17 years: 10% discount

If your dog is used to staying in hotels and to contact with other dogs, you are welcome to bring him along on you vacation. It is important that your four-legged friend can stay alone in the room without barking or damaging objects, because unfortunately you cannot take your dog into the restaurant and wellness area. The fee for accommodating your dog is €20 per day.

Please note that a maximum of one dog is allowed per room (subject to final cleaning). Please note that muzzles are mandatory on public transport in the Stubai Valley region.

• Arrival: Rooms are available on the day of arrival from around 2:00 p.m.
• Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest
• If you arrive late or leave early for any reason, the full amount according to the booking will be charged.
• The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry are deemed agreed.
• You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card, VISA, or Eurocard.
• Shuttle service: We are happy to arrange transportation from the hotel to Innsbruck train station or airport. Price on request.

Vacation at last ... but sometimes unforeseen events make a cancellation necessary. And we too must comply with the conditions of Austrian hotel law.

Cancellations are annoying. For you and for us. It would be a pity if your vacation with us would not happen. But it would also be a pity if rooms would be unused, when other guests would have been happy to have them. So here’s a suggestion if things suddenly change: please notify us immediately. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Our tip: we recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance, and we would like to point out that the entire room price will be charged in the event of late arrival or early departure!

• Up to two months before arrival: no cancellation fee
• From two months to one month before arrival: 40% of the total price
• From one month to seven days before arrival: 70% of the total price
• In the last week (seven days) before arrival: 90% of the total price
• In case of early departure or no-show: 100%
