Homemade food simply tastes best! And that’s exactly why we only offer high-quality dishes as part of our indulgence half-board package at Hotel Brugger. As befits a Tyrolean hotel with good food, we rely heavily on regional and seasonal products. Whenever possible, we use products from local farmers and suppliers. Based on this philosophy, we spoil you with regional cuisine, fresh creations, and all kinds of delicacies.
Our gourmet half-board package includes:
- Welcome aperitif
- Alpine “Good morning” breakfast buffet, diverse selection of muesli, freshly prepared egg dishes, and regional products from our Stubai farmers
- Afternoon snack from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with homemade desserts or hearty snacks to recharge your batteries
- Five-course menu in the evening with three choices (international, vegetarian, Tyrolean) accompanied by a rich selection of salads and starters from the buffet
- Expert wine advice for our wine lovers
- We gladly accommodate special dietary requirements: with gluten- or lactose-free dishes and delectable vegetarian options available upon request
